Historical Background 

Pathway Security Guards Limited was founded in 2014 when the director saw the need for security provision in Ngong as the town was undergoing a phase of rapid development. Marred by increasing rates of burglary and disorderliness, Ngong town was headed in the wrong direction and something drastic needed to be done about it. Operations kicked off at the Director’s house as he did not have sufficient funds to rent out an office at the time. Within a few months, the company had grown beyond our expectations. They then moved to Matapato Building in Ngong Town where they rented out 3 offices and the headquarters are till today. The one supervisor at the time who was employed was sent for additional training at the G4S Training centre in Nairobi to further his skills. Pathway Security Guards Limited has grown over the years and it is well known for its excellent security service provision. Pathway Security Guards Limited helps the poor where it can as we have a training centre where we recruit the youth who are on the streets, give them training and offer them jobs that completely transform their lives. At Pathway, we believe that educating the younger generations is the way forward as far as efforts remitted in improving our economy are concerned.
